rackmount water cooling

I am once again kicking around the idea of water cooling several computers in a 19 inch rack and was considering one big fault tolerant system with backup pumps and big radiators but I'm worried about noise from a rig big enough to do multiple dual cpu opteron rigs and a couple and 64 rigs that all run 24/7. Anyone else heard a project like this?

Basically what I'm planning on doing this summer... my parents are currently in my way, but at this point, I think I can get around them.
