Part of little bothereds birthday 'pile' was a copy of the sims, double deluxe edition. I installed it for him but the House party CD gave an error, serial number is invalid! I emailed them to ask "what now" I was told they would reply within 24\48 hours. They actually replied within 5 hours with a phone number, so I rang it. After a few checks, numbers on case and discs, they said sorry, the booklet is misprinted, and gave me a new serial number that works. It is nice when you get some service, Thank you EA. :thumbsup:
