Its a nice try, but as NeoFX said, it looks like a hassle for a parts-tinker. If it wasn't so butt ugly and if I couldn't get a relatively quiet PC from existing parts, then I would consider it.

For the record, IMO, there can never be too much money. However even Bill Gates would think this is a waste of money.
