Rise of Nations problems...

For some dumb reason I cannot host a game, people cannot see my PC for osme reason, even when they join BY IP. Even when I try to log into their computers I cannot join them. And itis only the same people as if thy are not compadible with me or something.

No, cuase we CAN play through another person, and it seems he is the only one who can host now. Haven't tested with another friends laptop, but that thing is horrible.

Yes, I have a router in my other room, we connect to eachother through a netgear switch in the living room when playing so we are all in the same room.
but I don't have port forwarding on.

I did a firmware update too, then reset to factory settings and redid everything, didn't change anything. Plus I know that at least one other cannot connect wirelessly for some lame reason. He sees my router, but it won't connect properly, it used too a long time ago, but no more... wierd **** going on.

Any centrino stuff? Cuase the router firmware update I put in said it fixed some kind of compadibility issue with cintrino's
