It's a 2-way mirrored box with a jail toilet inside, I guess the architect spent a little time in the pen' and liked the feeling of being out there in the public eye while doing private matters.

wouldn't it be hard to reach that toilet paper? i would think the wierdest thing about it would be watching people come up to the door, try to get in, then look right at you before walking away. that or tourists

I'd use it, I mean I'm not a porta-potty man myself, those things can get tipped. This however, is not going to be tipped, you're the only one there, and no one else can see in. It's a step above a McDonald's squatting room.

I'm not sure I could use it. However...I'm not sure I could walk past it, either. You know damn well someone is going to be takin' a crap in there and WATCHING you as you walk by. To me, that would be more unnerving. 'Course...if I was on the other end...I'd find it funny as hell :D
