How to convert fat32->ntfs??

I know there was a pretty simple way to do it. I also know the best way to do it is by reformatting, but that is simply not an option now. Is there any risk of data loss?

You could use Partition Magic 8, but yes, there's a risk of data loss.

In NT4, 2k, or XP from a command prompt type in the following:
convert x:
where "x" is the target for conversion
