Best Value Vid Card

I've got between $150 - $200 to spend on a new video card. I don't do all that much gaming, but I do use a lot of 2d/3d modeling stuff and video editing. What would be the best value card within that range that supports dual monitors? This could be both a new card, or what I might be able to pick up used.

You can pick up Radeon 9700 Pros and 9800 Pros (make sure they're the 256 bit version!!) for $150-$200...
