I know a guy from school who had that done to his cut. It's a lion cut. His cat is a persian and its fur got tangled because he got lazy and didn't comb the cat's fur. The poor thing had to get the lion cut and it's pretty funny to look at. IIRC, his cat didn't like my friend for a few days after the hair cut.
