I don't know your practice, or the method youbuild systems. But maybe to save time you can have pre-configured systems? This way all you need is to Ghost the systems, and save bundles of time.

Time==Money!

PressX, I clearly remember the time I sat down and thought: omg I need to hire somebody. It's a good feeling, but it's also very scary.

If you think you can get more business done because you have help, then you really need to hire someone.

The install is not the problem... it's the physical build that takes the time... one they are built installing via OS/Image is not so time consuming as I can be doing other things $$$ ;D

Some high school/college aged kid would simply love the opportunity to work hands on with hardware all day, even for a smallish wage. It's a learning experience for them, a benefit to your business, and contributes to the economy. Everybody wins.

Hmmm, North Wales is only an hour from here. I'd need 27k, company car, travelling expences, weekends off, 35 hourweek and beach time when it's sunny.

He in Wales, not England, prime :) We wouldn't want to offend anybody, English or Welsh ;D

But PressX, if I had a private income & could stand living with my sister (she lives in Kelsall) it would be the ideal job for me. :)

I could of course sell my flat, but what would £130,000 by me in North Wales, I'm told house prices have gone through the roof in that area but the idea of living up there would be really appealing.

It wouldnt affect the Engligh but you tell the Meibion Glyndwr (Sons of Glendower) that. They would take deep offence to it. They dont like the English, not one little bit.

The job sounds interesting but i too live in the wrong place. :( to bad though.

Hey pressx would it be to much trouble for you to move to sweden? :D

PressX
10 Aug 2004, 10:30pm
Sweden: Can't see that working... my Swedish is very poor :sweflag:

England/Wales/Scotland: Collectively we are know as: The United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland :ukflag:

Justin: How longs the commute from downtown Atlanta to Llandudno? ;D

£130,000: 12 months ago would have bought you a mansion. Now you get a garage.

Jobs: I am recruiting soon. I will post the advert when I know what I am looking for

How are you set up? I could order the parts, assemble, and ship out, same as I do here in the states. Or are you setup where people bring their paperweights in and they get fixed? Eitherway, I have some spare capacity in my line and would be more than happy to hel pin any way that I can. Really wouldn't mind moving to England/Wales either... Any benefits to living across the pond? ( With the exception of election year politics :) )
