PHP and Windows Desktop

Well, I'm having a lot of fun learning PHP and MySQL. However, I'm trying to move my creation to the background of my desktop. I'm able to use a simple HTML page for my background however, when I choose the PHP file, nothing shows up. When I select the file to be used, I put the web address (local web server) in rather than navagating to it via the windows browser. Any suggestions?

Okay. I found it. Windows XP keeps the Web tab somewhat hidden. Anyway, it works fine now. Thanks to anyone that spent a little time thinking about my problem.
