windows xp SP2 install error

i slipstreamed SP2 to my winxp SP1 cd, and burned the CD, when i used VMware to try to install, i get this error, i have tried making the CD 3 times, and they all turned out the same.

what is wrong here?

What program did you use or did you do it manually?

by what program, do you mean the burning program??

if so, i used nero

ooh, i did it both manually, and using the nlite thingy.

Did you also do it as an unattended installation? You could also try Autostreamer (http://www.neowin.net/forum/index.php?showtopic=188337). That's the one I used and it worked fine.

turned out to be bad windows xp cd source files, thanks to Black Hawk!!!
