Go back to the beginning and stick to the DD heather core rad (same as the now discontinued Dtek Pro core) and keep it to one for now.

i haven been waiting to get those swiftech blocks, they have been out of stock for a while in cooltechnica. and that's the place with the cheapest price i think.

You can get those blocks from Sidewinder (http://www.sidewindercomputers.com/sidewindercomputers/swmcforamd.html) for only a few dollars more. I have been wondering what has been going on with Bruce @ Cooltechnica as there has been a lot of out of stocks for a long time lately.

if i leave my rad and pump outside, how much tubing should i buy, and what kinda of extension cable do i nee to hook up the fans.

If it is external you can get 110v fans or if you have an Antec with the molex on the rear you could do that like me. I would recomend 10 feet of tubing to be safe.
