What Is the best free to download 64 bit OS?

Well, your choices are kind of limited. You either have the free trial version of Windows XP 64 or a 64 bit version of linux. That about it at the moment

I downloaded the 64 bit windows so now do I just burn it as a bootable cd?

I'm pretty sure it's an already-bootable ISO image, you just need to burn as-is.

yeah u can install it but its full of bugs still, i would not recommend too install it! Its really a beta version
