Is there a program out there that can take a look at my system and tell me ~how much each folder/installed apps, etc is taking up? Aside from getting another hard drive, this is really all i can do ... find crap to delete :( Any suggestions?

It has been known that a dirty registry file can create/show false readings on a HDD. Leftover and corrupt registery entries may unnecessarily claim hard drive space.
