what can I do next?

Did you follow it exactly? Because you still have HSA.

These entries indicate an HSA infection:

R1 - HKCU\Software\Microsoft\Internet Explorer\Main,Search Bar = res://C:\WINNT\system32\tiafd.dll/sp.html#29620
R1 - HKCU\Software\Microsoft\Internet Explorer\Main,Search Page = res://C:\WINNT\system32\tiafd.dll/sp.html#29620
R1 - HKLM\Software\Microsoft\Internet Explorer\Main,Default_Page_URL = about_:blank
R1 - HKLM\Software\Microsoft\Internet Explorer\Main,Default_Search_URL = res://C:\WINNT\system32\tiafd.dll/sp.html#29620
R1 - HKLM\Software\Microsoft\Internet Explorer\Main,Search Bar = res://C:\WINNT\system32\tiafd.dll/sp.html#29620
R1 - HKLM\Software\Microsoft\Internet Explorer\Main,Search Page = res://C:\WINNT\system32\tiafd.dll/sp.html#29620
R1 - HKCU\Software\Microsoft\Internet Explorer\Search,SearchAssistant = res://C:\WINNT\system32\tiafd.dll/sp.html#29620
R0 - HKLM\Software\Microsoft\Internet Explorer\Search,SearchAssistant = res://C:\WINNT\system32\tiafd.dll/sp.html#29620

Get rid of those, and the following:

Remember, IT IS CRITICAL THAT YOU DO NOT REBOOT OR "PROPERLY" SHUT DOWN YOUR COMPUTER AFTER YOU REMOVE THESE IN HJT - you MUST "yank the power cord" to do an improper shut down. If you fail to do this, it will come back no matter how hard you try.

Get rid of all those, and then MAKE SURE YOU FOLLOW THE HSA GUIDE TO THE LETTER> If you follow it exactly, it will work. If it hasn't worked, you did something wrong.

The files you NEED to delete manually from your hard drive, in safe mode, are the following:

C:\WINNT\qowexk.log
C:\WINNT\system32\mfclb32.exe
C:\Documents and Settings\user\Application Data\smrn.exe
C:\WINNT\system32\bpahtud.exe
C:\WINNT\system32\tiafd.dll
C:\WINNT\system32\syscg32.dll

And it is most critical to ensure you that you identify, stop and disable the fake service as explained in Step #4. If you did not, this will not go away. Did you find and disable one of the three listed services?

If not, go to Post #2 of the Removal Guide (http://www.short-media.com/forum/showpost.php?p=174924&postcount=2) and follow those steps to generate a log of active services, then post that log here.
