Windows XP BSOD IRQL Error

I have had this on a couple of systems, and a re install of windows fixed it.

This time, I cannot even load windows up before the STOP Blue screen of death pops up with the Driver_IRQL_Error message

I backed everything up, formatted the hard drive, installed windows on a different computer (Put HDD on other computer) then put the HDD back, and windows againwont load.

Any ideas??

Have tried different memory, graphics cards etc

Forgot to mention

Everything was fine until I installed PC Mark 2004, and ran that.

Then I got the errors, and could not boot windows up :mean:

Swapped everything around, CPU is fine. Memory is fine. Graphics is fine.

Only thing is the motherboard. Same problem with different CPU, Memory, graphics card etc

Really need to flash the bios, via bootable CD as the floppy drive (managed to get one) didnt work, got a message saying "cannot read media"

Anyone know how to make a bootable Bios cd for Abit NF7-S V 2.0
