need shut down Icon

I need to get a shutdown icon on my desktop since i am using object doc and my windows bar is hidden and i cant get to shut down unless it sohws. anyone know how?

i did the shutdown thing that blackhawk gave me and it doed the trick cept the waiting for 25 second crap
