Multi OS boot order

Is there a way to change how the Windows installations are listed? I'd rather be able to turn on my computer, and get up and do something and come back to XP, not the one listed above it. I dunno how or if this is possible. Any ideas?

Right click "My Computer" >> Properties >> Advanced Tab >> Startup and Recovery Settings >> Edit.

And then just change the order. Everything else can be done from there too.
