heres my problem, as of right now i have one 512mb ddr333 kingston value ram running at 2-3-3-6 (stock is 2.5 cas). It's overclocked to 190mhz, effective at 380mhz and its running great. Should i keep it and get the same one and run dual 1 gig? Or, shoud i remove it and get one corsair XMS 512 ddr400?

The 1GB would give you more than 512 DDR400.

What's your budget? I'd think with games like Doom 3 and HL2, depending on whether or not those are pastimes of yours, the 1 Gig of RAM would make the bigger difference.
