Looks really cool. I have been wanting to hear some of the things you guys post about in the what are you listening to thread. This program does that then? Allows someone to broadcast and others listen?

Way cool, guys! :D I've added all of you, heh, my sn is just 'entropy'. One funky thing is you can see other peoples' contacts, so I may have bummed some of you from someone else :p Just a question though. Is it possible to play something in winamp, and have mercora say that that's what I'm listening to? The reason I ask is because I use WinAMP's equalizer in conjunction with my mobo's equalizer to get the perfect sound. And, well, I think it's cool that other people can see what you're listening to...

I'm aware of that, I added like everyone :p But what I meant was, is there an actual group, cuz that way people can go there and we can add them, plus there's a chat room, which might be kinda cool.

I unchecked the bit about 'broadcasting from the beginning' and whenever I open the program it says I'm broadcasting something... I just can't figure out how to turn it off when I want to.

Well, it's the same concept as any P2P. Share = get shared with. Just turn it down low - I had it at 48kbps before, and it was sending at around 6 kB/sec, so it's nothing major.

Oh. Well that kind of makes sense, why don't they just say so? And to add a friend you click "Invite a friend"... this program is not so hot IMHO

Yeah, I have it at 96kbps or whatever, and I'm still only sending at ~9 kB/sec. Very, very nice quality/bandwidth ratio - plus we all get to get a better feel for each other's music tastes so we can recommend bands/songs, too! :D

96kbps should only take 12 k/s to send to someone in real-time. Heh, unfortunately my bandwidth is so restricted I don't think I can keep running this program much longer. BTW, anyone know how to modify your library in the program? Add new stuff, delete what isn't music...
