Ok netlimiter does not like SP2 anymore. So is there any program like netlimiter out there?

Netlimiter allowed you to limit uploads/downloads by program/ip, nifty little program.

Anything like it out there?

I'm running netlimiter right now, and I use SP2. Can't be an incompatibility, something's wrong. When did it stop working?

Just another problem that never happened to me when updating to SP2. (I have yet to encounter any problems due to the update.)

Same as TheGr81, on both counts. SP2 never affected anything. And I'm using NetLimiter right now, too. Maybe try a reinstall? I know my brother's version doesn't want to work now, but he's been too lazy to reinstall...it's worth a shot...

No if you have a slipstreamed version of SP2 it likes to not work.

If you upgrade to sp1 it works :(
