k this is my story. i reinstalled windows xp home edition, then installed norton 2005 and then its all good right? wrong...my internet is being really, really gay. it works, then like after a while if i try to send a message on msn, it doesnt send, or if i try to visit a webpage it doesnt work, it says page cannot be displayed check your internet or LAN settings blah blah blah, the page finally works after i push the refresh button like 10 times, then it randomly generates the page, and sometimes doesnt, can anyone help, please

Does Norton 2005 come with Norton Internet Firewall?

i dont think so its got internet worm protection

What's your Internet connection and how well did it work before?

Was it working before you installed the new norton? If so then there has to be some setting in Norton that is doing this. I would uninstall the Norton and see how it works. Also, when your connection stops working bring up a command prompt to see if you can ping any websites, to look for a DNS error.
