Official, because I said so :D

So, the ALDS games started today, who's everybody cheering for??? I think it's pretty obvious who's my team :D

But here's the run down for those of you who haven't seen the scores yet:
Dodgers fell to Cardinals 8-3
Red Sox took Game 1 from Anaheim with a 9-3 Win
Yankees/Twins is on right now, currently the twins are leading 2-0
Astros/Braves Game 1 is tomorrow @ 4

The thing I love about playoffs is it's all on Fox or ESPN/ESPN2 so I can watch all the games, w00t. So anyway the Sox scored 7 runs in the 4th inning, Manny and Millar both homered and Schilling was just being his normal self, omg playoffs give me a heart attack though!

Twins played an awesome game vs the hated Yankees (I can say that, both my sons cheer for the Yanks so we have a little in-home rivalry thang). Santana was a little off but they turned 5 double plays and Hunter made 2 phenomenol (sp?) plays, a throwing assist to the plate and a catch in the late innings off ARod where Hunter banged the wall hard just as the ball hit his glove.

Didn't see much of the others, both were blowouts already when I tuned in.

I was watching that yanks/twins games, and that catch was ridiculous! crazy defense.

and oh yes, let it be noted I should have made this the official "Playoffs" thread since we're talking about ALDS and NLDS, but that's okay, keto seems to be the only other one around here who likes baseball anyway :D

I like the championship series but I just can't sit through a game. Don't mind flipping back and forth and tward the end it gets exciting but until the 9th inning, I can't really be bothered.

Todays update :)

Red Sox take down #2 at Anaheim (game ended minutes ago at 2am Eastern) Headed back to Boston for Friday's match up with a 2-0 advantage.

Yankees take a come from behind win in the 12th to split the series 1-1 w/the Twins

Astros take Game 1 of their NLDS series.

Astros/Braves and Cardinals/Dodgers continues tomorrow, American League match ups are back in action Friday after a days rest for tomorrow.

What an exciting post season it's turning out to be and it's only been 2 days!!
