Nvidia Gf6800 standard

i have coolbits and i oc my vc to around 375/917. Now, i click on the "Apply settings at startup". When i turn it back on, my Core speed says 375 but my mem is back at 700...WHY?!

Onboard 6 channel sound
512 mb memory
160gb western dig hd
Nvidia 61.77 drivers
Giga-byte Geforce 6800 128mb at 325/700 standard (375 917 was my limit ocing)

You have to test the settings and apply them for both 2D and 3D or it will default back to the lowest clock as far as ram goes.
If you'll notice after testing the settings in 3D mode and applying them if you go to 2D mode the apply button will again be active.
