Who would do it? Webpage designers aren't getting much practice in North Korea, and the last thing they'd do is outsource their national page to a guy in another country.

Bad webpages are only one sign of a people denied the rights we consider fundamental. The frowny faces are another.

No, it's not a protest, it's a rally, their rallies center around hating the U.S. if you weren't aware.
