The actor best known as Superman has died at the age of 52 of Heart Failure :(

That is pretty sad. He was a strong driving force behind a lot of things and i admire him for what he did.

Its a sad day when one of your childhood heros passes away. I grew up watching Superman films the same as alot of you. They became a mainstay of Christmas television viewing. Now Superman takes his final flight :(. Rest assured that his memory and all the work he did for disabilities will live on.

I too spent many Christmas holidays watching the Superman films. He made giant steps on the road to recovery and highlighted the issues and research needs globally through such things as stem cell research etc. An example of someone using his fame for the greater good.

He was a helluva strong guy and a great actor. I hate to see him pass on.

He was a helluva guy with a strong will to live and a major love of life. I personally think the last years of his life would have been impossible for lesser men, we will lose much as a society in his passing.

May he rest in peace, this whole death thing sure sucks monkey b---s. He was making great strides in helping get stem cell research on the forefront of society. Its too bad that he won't be there to see all the fruits of his work.
