Best place to purchase Windows XP Prof

Does anyone have any suggestions on the best place to purchase Windows XP Professional. I'm looking for the best price. I found OEM on internet for around $80.00, but I don't know what OEM is or if its OK. Thanks for your help. :)

OEM means you are buying it with a piece of hardware. That piece of hardware can be a drive cable for $1.00 or whatever, but it's still a piece of hardware :D

If it costs $80.00, make sure you are getting hardware with it, and make sure you trust the vendor, and then go for it :) $80 seems a bit low to me - too low to be legit. WinXP Pro OEM costs around $140 right now. Try NewEgg.com - definitely legit and reputable.
