Please look at the image. Does anybody knows why and/or what to do?
Thanks in advance.

This step-by-step article describes how to export the Microsoft Outlook Express Address Book to use as a mail merge data source in Microsoft Word.

Thanks MM!
For a moment I thought my problem was solved but the trick didn't work.
I guess it's because I'm not trying to merge OE address book but rather save a mailing address from an envelope I'm trying to print.
I've done it in the past just by clicking the little icon and the address book comes up so I don't know why it doesn't work anymore.
SP2 final maybe or am I doing something wrong?

I wonder if your templates directory is set wrong. Open WORD and click TOOLS>OPTIONS
There's a tab for file directory and make sure the templates directory points to the default MS OFFICE directory. Which...by default is C:\ drive...unless you installed MS OFFICE elsewhere...in that case it's there.
That is an odd error...I'll continue to look.
UPDATE: Hmmm...it appears you are not alone.

Thank you both! but unfortunately neither tip worked.
The template directory points to C:/Documents and Settings/EQuito/Application Data/Microsoft/Templates\
I read that forum thread but no real solution there either.
Then I tried to clear "Make Outlook Express my default Simple MAPI client" check box but the option isn't there. I guess it's because I'm using OfficeXP and that document was written for Word97.

btw Shorty, I fixed the IE issues by re-installing XP cause it was starting to do the same thing in other forums (Abit and Xtreme).
Interesting enough they both use vBulletin too...
