The COMA connector to provide a serial port is impossible to find. I contacted Gigabyte directly via their website to ask about availability after being told it is not available in Australia and was told they did not know of the COMA accessory, even though I had supplied the motherboard model in my query. They also suggested I contact a local distributor, as though perhaps I would get a different answer the second time.

Their customer service, isn't. If you need a serial port for some reason, I suggest avoid this board.
