More bestfriends.scr trouble..

Well first off yes i ran spybot and adaware...
I have also followed the steps for removing this thing but this is where the trouble comes in...I found the culprit "kazaalite.exe" (or at least im assuming thats it) but whenever i try to delete it the prompt says that it cannot find it. It seems whenever i log into safe mode the virus is not present but when i log in normally it is there...any ideas? Thanks guys/gals!
