hey guys, im talking to my mom (in PA, im in OH) trying to fix her computer. It takes about 20 min to boot, with System hogging all the cpu time. she only has 19 tasks running, and they are all valid (norton, Iomega, system tools). She has: Win2K with SP4, running norton antivirus. She ran spybot in safe mode and got rid of a DOS exploit, but besides that we cant really find anything. She then said it also crahses after about 10 min of trying to move around look for problems(Not BSOD, it just locks up). could this be a RAM problem? I can provide more information if you guys need it, becuase this is kinda tough to figure out away from the computer.
