Acrord32.exe?

I'm running win98 at work and am trying to download price files. When i try to open the file, i get this error message. "The ACRORD32.EXE file is linked to missing export AGM.DLL-318." I've tried to d/l the dll but when i try to open it, same message pops up. :confused:

Reinstall acrobat reader. You might try to uninstall the old one first.
