Graphics settings instructions, print it out, follow it, play around a bit. Damn it helped me out alot. I would say that right now I have twice the quality than before at the same speed, and it only took 30 minutes or so. Even running 1600x1200, about to try it with AA enabled and see how that performs. I recomdend Baubleshire just becuase it has EVERYTHING in one area, if it's smooth there, then I would say it's smooth everywhere. Mostly becuase of the water though.
