WEll its final the bumb who was gonna move in with me and split the rent bailed so its just me now. I searched my finances and i can afford it if i work more that 25 hrs a week so I am gonna take it. Here is pics. 3 bed 2 bath and yep thats me truck too

Hurricane insurance? No, I'm not trying to be funny. I've got earthquake insurance on my home.

I've had several people during the closing process ask me if we have flood insurance. I just laugh, and tell them that if my home is flooded, nearly the rest of world will already be gone.

Seriously though, be very picky about your insurance coverage, and the carrier.

i have renters insurance, the house is brand new they just finished up the sod right before the pic was taken the house has hurricane insurnace BUT i dont pay for it the landlord does
