Just looking through the SVT forum and came across this thread here (http://short-media.com/forum/showthread.php?t=24353) and decided to follow Registry Key ([HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Windows\Curre ntVersion\Internet Settings\ZoneMap\Domains]). I found a MASSIVE bunch of spyware such as CWS and other things.

How do I remove them, please? I don't use windows registry so could someone guide me please?

My HJT log is clean and I've run Ad-Aware and SpyBot...Please Help.
Thanks

Here are 3 screenshots of the spyware in windows registry in a .doc file.

Are you using SpywareBlaster? Go to one of those sites- using Firefox- and see if you can access it. If it comes up as unreachable, it means you're blocked, and you have nothing to worry about.

Thanks Kwitko for your reply.

I have SpywareBlaster and recently downloaded Firefox. I tried about 10 websites in FireFox and all were found. :shakehead

What step should I take now?

Did you download Spyware Shooter? SS will add thousands of spyware sites under that registry key. If you have, its definately nothing to worry about.

I did download SS a few months ago. Must be that then

Thanks
