Windows Address Book...

K so i have a computer win Win98 on it.. i got all these entries in the address book,, but now that windows refuses to boot, so i have another hdd that i put in with WinME, then slaved the win98 HdD to it.. now i want to retrieve that addressbook and all its entries.. is there a way to do it?

Try searching for a *.wab on the drive.

Tried that.. they all open up empty

Try importing it. You could always try copying it to a disk and opening it on another PC or install the OS again (not format).

Maybe it got corrupt? You sure you have hidden file/folders disabled?

i dont know whther its corrupt but i know i have hidden files/folders disabled :bawling:

Well you could always reinstall the OS (on top and w/o formating).
