I need something like PHP-Nuke...

Okay I've got a new website. www.squill.net and I just found out that my webserver doesnt support PHP. I wanted to try to install PHP-Nuke but it doesnt work since the websever doesnt support PHP. So I was wondering, is there any other website creaters kinda like PHP-Nuke that doesn't use PHP? I'm kinda a n00b to this whole webdesign thing. I just want something basic to get started with for right now. Thanks.

Well anything you want to use that does some sort of "active" content will need some kind of server side scripting language support such as PHP or Perl. I really doubt that if your webhost doesn't offer you PHP that you'll be able to do anything other than static content (HTML or Flash)
