Quck Launch Tool Tips Pop-Up Behind Taskbar

Howdy,

The quick launch icons on my Windows taskbar have tool tips that pop-up behind the taskbar and behind other open windows. This hasn't happened before and it doesn't happen on my work PC. The tool tips for my system tray icons work fine; they show above the taskbar and other applications. I understand there is an option in taskbar properties to set the taskbar on top of other windows but the tool tips should still pop-up on top of the taskbar. Thanks in advance for you help.

I sometimes get the same problem. The only fixes I've found are to either reboot (a pain) or uncheck the box "Keep the Taskbar on top of other Windows", then re-check the box and hit apply.
