Another about:blank????

I have this problem that apparently many others have as well. I can not reset my home page because it always goes back to about:blank so that when I log on I get various search engines that pull up. My computer knowledge is very basic. I have run SpyKiller and have removed everything that it pulled up but the problem remains. I also get lots of pop ups while on line. Could someone help me solve this in simple terms? :confused:

First I would uninstall SpyKiller. It's a rogue program.

Next step is to run Adaware and Spybot.

After that please download the most current version of Hijackthis and post a hijackthis log so we can see what's going on.
