The History Room [Archive] - Icrontic Forums

Since moving threads into the history room (http://www.short-media.com/forum/forumdisplay.php?f=60) doesn't bump them, nobody really knows when a new thread makes its way into the vaunted halls of that forum.

I created this thread to serve as an indirect bump to the History Room :)

I added a great thread I found today, about the day when icrontic.com was for auction on eBay, and the auction was ending.

When you visit the history room, you may have to change the display to "show all threads". It's at the bottom, under "Display Options". Choose the "From the" option, and set it to "beginning" - then click "show threads"

Enjoy. For all of you who haven't been here from the beginning, it can be a quick education on the history of our site :)

Prime, can you just change the default view of that forum to be "show threads from beginning"?

It is indeed set to that, but for some reason it doesn't register that setting :confused: :(

Quick trivia for history buffs:

Did you know that this Ohio vs Michigan lan battle tourney never actually took place...

1. You mixed up which side is good and which is evil. You guys are so close to Canada, you've almost got the beady eyes and flappy heads yourselves!

2. The Michigan crowd saw sharkydart's l33t-itude and totally wussed out on the challenge.
