Problems with WoW Downloader

Anyone know why my WoW patch downloader is borked? No matter what I do I get hideous DL rates and it takes forever to get the patches. I've tried forwarding the ports they tell me to do, but to no avail. Any ideas?

I know they used BT to distibute the beta, and if your school/ISP was blocking BT traffic, it didn't work.
