help! wu not finishing

here is the thing, when i get to the end of a wu, the core like crashes and starts again (i think) Can someone help?

also, does anyone know any good tweaks for my crappy 1.3 p4 so i can speed up my frames.

is the pc that's having problems overclocked?

Its not OCed if its a 1.3 P4. Thats the lowest P4s that were made.

Does it do it everytime of just this once. If its just this once then dont worry about it. It happens to everyone. You might get partial credit for that too.

I have had lots of problems with gromacs recently. Freezing all the time. I KNOW this pc is perfectly stable. I deleted the core so it downloaded it again. Hopefully things works better now.

This problem was with 2 different types of Wu´s.

The 'also' leads me to believe that it could possibly be anther system

Its because of the way AMD implemented SSE in the later Athlon CPUs. Pals have no problem at all, what I have and I have no problems. Tbred, esp Bs, on the other hand get errors more often.

No i just wanted some tweaks so i can finish my wu faster but i do have an another computer that should be online by the end of the month. anyways, the problem happend again this morning but it was't at the end.

any ideas why is this happening?

1.) Get gromacs.

2.) Delete the core and let it auto download another one. See if that helps any.
