Firefox Installation Instructions

A friend of mine attempted to install Firefox on both his home computers. One of the computers accepted the installation without event and is now running Firefox perfectly. The other computer aborted the installation more than once. Yes, I know I need more details; but I don't have them yet. In the meantime, does anyone have suggestions as to what his problem might be? Both his computers are running WinXP without problems (as far as I know).

Try installing the version that doesn't have the installer (unzip it to Program Files). It's the same thing as the installer version but installing flash/shockwave is a bit trickier cause it didn't install the registry entries.
