Ok i figured i would share with you all my daily misfortune. i left my house to go hang out in town with some friends and it ended up starting to pour rain, well that was fine as long as.......yep, my windshield wipers quit working. ok well i figure if i drive really slow then i should be able to see. so here i go doin 25mph and infinite people come out of nowhere behind me riding my bumper untill i get to the meeting spot in town.

Well i get there and i go to pull out from s stop sign and BANG....broke the rear transmission mount in half. i knew instantly what it was because iv fixed it the best i could before.
keep in mind when this happens it puts the axles and everythign in a bind.
well i park it and fool around in town a while and heading home i get in my car... yep... i only got 1st 3rd and 5th gear and my car idles at 4k rpm cause the whole engine sat way down out of place in the bay.
well im coming home and all is alright, me driving with no wipers doin 25 then.. ohh great... my car starts to overheat. i figure if i drive like 60 on a 1 lane really really rural road then it should keep it cool enough to get home. well i go around a 180 degree curve on my road and BANG again. this time its my passenger side axle broke in half (its brand new. like 3 weeks old). well i figure i could pull a mcguiver and fix it with the tool i have in the car. 1 screwdriver, 1 claw hammer and 2 scissor jacks and a lug wrench. (this is about 1am btw) so i start messing with it then WHHOOOSH.. feels like an avalanch of rain so i drag myself back into the car and wait it out. along about 4:45am a car pulls up and to my suprise its someone i know (only good luck all day) they give me a ride home and here i am,having to stay up the rest of the night to go pull it home with my old blazer (that has a broken passenger side axle :shakehead )

i figured i would share my luck with you all to help apprechate when you have a normal day,it isent so bad to stop and think... IT COULD GET WORSE.

Damn Richard, that sucks big time. I guess it could get wrose, but you seem to have bad luck with axles. Do you think it could be something else that is causing the axle to break?

Well see the car has 3 motor mounts, 2 in front and 1 in the back and it just so happens the one in the back that supports the whole backside weight of things and keeps the engine from raising up and hitting the hood (its happened before) and the axles bang up aginst the torqe tube suspension thing. im guessing the axle came out a little and caused some of the needle bearings to fall out, putting pressure on the rest of it bustin it..
o well im scrapping that pos and fixin up my other honda  lol
