I've been looking into getting a program called EasyCleaner to help keep the useless crap that Windows likes to pile on. Do you guys know anything about it (ie spyware, etc)? Is it good? If not, what would you reccommend?

You should try CrapCleaner (http://www.ccleaner.com/). I've used it on and off for months and it's pretty good. Fast and it doesn't have any adware/spyware.

I recommend Easy Cleaner to help clean up Add/Remove Program entries, registry entries, temp files, etc. It's good. The new version requires registration, the older version is shareware but you have to hunt for it a little.

Crap Cleaner is good too.

'Format C:' is a good one too - it cleans up Windows crap very reliably.

XP-Antispy will allow you to get rid of stuff you don't want as well.
