Isnt the core supposed to be much smaller than that? Must be a fake.

possibly the entire chip is smaller and therefore the core looks bigger in that pic?

But then the arrow and writing would be bigger as well.

The core is bigger, not sure how big tho.

This is an M series chip, which would lead me to think that maybe it's got a different core design and no heatspreader :)

Definitely different from the desktop 64 design. Who really knows? Only AMD and a few select people ;)

If their naming scheme is consistent, then the Athlon 64-M should be nothing more than the 940 pin Athlon64...And that means it should have a heatspreader.
