BestFriend.scr removal problems-HighjackThis d/l

I got the bestfriends.scr yesterday and have been trying to get it out since. I have seen all the ways to do it, but I cannot get "HighjackThis" to download so I can actually get somewhere.

Does anyone know why my access keeps getting denied? I wasn't exactly sure where to post this thread.
