View Full Version : Quick Memory Question

In haste i ordered the wrong memory and then left for a month and a bit. I intended to put it into a 939 system but it's registered mem. I do have a 754 system but when i put it in there it only works with 1 stick.

The 754 mobo is Gigabyte K8N pro

Memory is OCZ Ram

I was just posting this here to see if an OCZ guru knew if this ram could be used in a 754 system,, although it says it's designed for a 940.

I did forgot to thank him here!! Ram is on it's way as i type. I must commend OCZ on their parts also, i had purchased a PSU at the same time and compared to my Enermax it holds much better voltage on all rails. Plus it looks amazing.

What ram did i get you now, i have forgotten, lol.
Was it some PC4200?

4000 Gold Rev. 2 kit. Lol had to look it up myself. Now i just have to get home sometime so i can install it... work :(
