TaskManagers
ATM3.0 (http://www.majorgeeks.com/article.php?sid=417) - ATM is an application ideated for power-users who actually want to handle their systems. It provides a real-time capability to monitor all processes and threads.
Taskinfo2002 (http://www.iarsn.com/index.html#/download.html) - TaskInfo2002 for Win95/98/ME/NT/2000/XP shows in real time information about all running processes and threads including ring0 VxD threads. For each process information includes threads, CPU usage, scheduling rate, path, open files, command line, environment variables, memory usage, DLLs, Version information and other.
EM Task Manager 1.2 (http://home.comcast.net/%7Ewxdude1/emsite/emtm.html) - This small task manager is only good for Win 95/98/ME. It can change priority of any process but not any individual thread.
