Help Trojan-Spy.HTML.Smitfraud.c Killed My System!!

Someone Please Help Me i got the trojan-spy.html.smitfraud problem. anyway i got some pointers from some other people and deleted certain files to get rid of the blue deskop and now i have these problems. 1: when i go to desktop properties i have only 2 tabs Screensaver and Settings. 2: i cant apply any wallpapers, all i get is a black screen. if anyone can help me sort this out i would really appreciate it as i do not want to have to re-format my hard drive.

You won't have to reformat your hard drive. We can fix your desktop easily. But first we need to make sure that all of the infection is gone.
